Instructions for use
Whey Protein: mix in 200–300 ml of water or milk, preferably after training. Creatine: dissolve 5 g in 200–300 ml of water, preferably around your workout. BCAA: dissolve 10 g in 200 ml of water, before, during or after exercise.
