Blueprint Omega-3 (60 capsules) provides 800 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per daily dose, sourced from microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp.). EPA and DHA are present in a 1:1 ratio: 400 mg of EPA and 400 mg of DHA. As the oil is extracted directly from algae and not fish, there is no fishy taste or smell. The capsules have a light citrus aroma due to the addition of orange and lemon oils. This product is part of the Blueprint protocol. The algae are cultivated in a controlled environment. Each batch is independently tested for purity and heavy metals.
