The product contains type I, II, and III collagen. Each dose provides 20g of beef collagen peptides and 40mg of chicken cartilage, supplying 10mg of undenatured type II collagen.

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides (20g, type I and III) are used. Undenatured type II collagen (10mg, from 20mg chicken cartilage) remains intact. These are two ingredients with a different peptide structure within the same product.

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides dissolve well in hot beverages. However, it's worth noting that with undenatured type II collagen, the intact structure can be altered at high temperatures. Therefore, it's better to opt for a warm rather than a boiling drink.
